I saw someone who was hit for no reason at all because the bully thought they were cussing their mum which they hadn’t done. A friend of the person tried to help but they got hit many times as well. Thankfully, the person beating them up was thrown out of school.

I know someone that got in to a fight because they got accused of something they didn’t do. They got blamed for sending nasty e-mails but they didn’t do it, so the person that received them started hitting and picking on the person that was wrongly accused.

I remember at school someone got hurt for no reason at all. The person who got hurt was in a bad condition. Everyone was kicking him a punching him and throwing stone at him. The head teacher called the police to try and stop the problem.

When I started school these girls started picking on me, they followed me one day, pushing me into a phone box and asking me if I was scared I said no so they punched and kicked me. Then one picked up the phone and beat me with it. It really hurt.

Bullying can show itself in many ways. It can be emotional, physical and verbal. You can bullied at school in the park, adventure playground, on the bus or train, by mobile phone or in an e-mail. You can be bullied because of how big or small you are or if you don’t wear the right clothes and trainers.

Victims of bullying can help by telling someone close, a friend, favourite teacher or relative. Sometimes people can help by just letting them know you are there to listen and have a shoulder.

There is always someone who can help.
